Sex offender on the run after he burst through a court dock and escaped out the front door – moments after a jury found him guilty

Police are chasing a man who fled a Queensland court minutes in the wake of being discovered liable of sex offenses.

The 33-year-old man constrained out of the dock at Rockhampton Locale Court on Thursday at 4.50pm subsequent to being sentenced by a jury.

The man figured out how to press himself through the programmed entryways at the front of the working as the court house was set into lockdown.

Rockhampton police spotted him driving through the Allenstown region of Rockhampton on Friday morning.

However, they were compelled to forsake their interest when he began speeding and crossed onto the wrong side of the street.

Police say the man is in regards to 188cm tall, with a substantial form and has short dim hair with facial stubble.

He is depicted as native in appearance.

He was most recently seen wearing a dim blue shirt and dim pants.

Police say the man isn’t viewed as risky.
