A lady was executed in the wake of being hit by a van as she pursued her canine on a motorway.
The 66-year-old was struck on the M4 close Cardiff soon after 6pm on Friday. The puppy was likewise slaughtered.
The motorway was shut for five hours between Intersections 29 and 32 on one of the busiest days of the year, with numerous drivers escaping for Easter.
South Grains police trust that the lady, who has not been named, taken after her canine after it kept running on to the motorway.
Police stated: ‘A puppy having a place with a female driver of a white VW Golf is accepted to have entered the carriageway taken after by the driver.
‘A Portage Travel slammed into the female, who was articulated expired at the scene.
‘Police might want to talk with any observers to the crash or any individual who saw the pooch running into the street preceding the impact.’
