Federal prosecutor, 37, is found dead on Miami beach with ‘traumatic head injuries’

A government prosecutor was discovered dead on a Miami shoreline on Wednesday.

Beranton J. Whisenant Jr was found in the water by a bystander on Hollywood Shoreline on Wednesday at 4.30am.

The 37-year-old prosecutor had endured critical head wounds which police say are reliable with a discharge wound.

They have not yet uncovered whether his demise is being dealt with as a murder, suicide or mischance.

Whisenant was ‘exceptionally sharp looking’ when he was discovered, wearing a business shirt and dark jeans.

Occupants disclosed to NBC he had the greater part of his belongings on him when he was found.

Whisenant worked for the U.S. Lawyer’s Office in Miami in its real violations unit.

In an announcement, it said of him: ‘The U.S. Lawyer’s Office family is profoundly disheartened by his demise.

‘He was an awesome legal counselor and incredible associate. We will miss him profoundly.

‘Our considerations and petitions are with his loved ones.’

NBC writer Katie Phang said she was “stunned” by news of his passing.

‘I am shocked by this news. Beranton Whisenant was a companion and associate.

‘I supplicate that the experts can discover what happened,’ she composed on Facebook.
