Manchester bomber’s brother, 23, who was arrested in dramatic street swoop is released without charge

The more established sibling of Manchester plane Salman Abedi who was kept in a sensational road swoop has been discharged without charge.

Ismail Abedi was taped being cuffed to a police van outside a Morrisons grocery store in Chorlton-Cum-Strong, south Manchester on May 23.
